Inspection, tracer gas pressure test and diagnosis. If any leaks / faults are found, they will have to be repaired before any further testing or re-gas can be carried out. You will be provided with a report and quotation on what repairs need to be carried out if any. Leak testing is done using the latest equipment, hydrogen tracer gas pressure test, electronic leak detector, vacuum leak down test and ultra-violet dye detection.
Once the initial inspection, diagnosis, and pressure/leak test have been carried out successfully and the a/c system is deemed fit for re-gas, the system will be recovered of any existing refrigerant, put under vacuum to remove moisture, and recharged with R134a refrigerant, UV Dye, and compressor oil.
