Includes call-out, initial inspection, diagnosis and tracer gas pressure test, visual inspection of all components, refrigerant level check. After the initial inspection if any leaks are found they will have to be repaired before any further work or regas can be carried out. You will be provided with a report and quotation on what repairs need to be carried out if any. Leak testing is done using the latest equipment, hydrogen tracer gas, electronic leak detector and vacuum test and ultra-violet
Once the initial inspection, diagnosis, and pressure/leak test have been carried out and the a/c system is deemed fit for regas, the system will be recovered of any existing refrigerant, put under vacuum, and recharged with new R134a, UV Dye, and compressor oil.
Mould, mildew and bacteria build up on the evaporator core, this is then circulated throughout the cabin when the air conditioning is turned on, often causing an unpleasant odour.
1st stage Treatment - fresh air ozone machine incorporating the latest in ozone purification technology, eliminates mould, mildew and bacteria from air-conditioning systems and cabin interiors.
2nd stage Treatment - antibacterial evaporator sanitiser /deodoriser spray treatment that leaves a long lasting fresh scent.
Please note while every effort will be made is not always possible to detect a small or slow leak especially if it is over a long period of time. all repairs and services will have uv dye added to assist with any future leaks.
